About Haus1

Haus1 is a new serviced rental apartment development in central Vienna. The building itself is an imposing mid-19th Century tenement house occupying a prominent corner on the boundary between the bustling 4th and 5th districts. Its apartments are all appointed to an exceptional standard, including designer fittings and state-of-the-art entertainments and telecommunications systems. A private courtyard also provides space for off-road car parking should the need arise.

Whether you're staying in Vienna on business or for pleasure, Haus1 is in a great location: buses are a minute away and two underground lines (the U1 and the U4) are within a five minute walk. Naschmarkt and the Flohmarkt are situated at the bottom of the street and there are several theatres and art galleries nearby. The Innere Stadt, the very heart of the city, is ten minutes away by foot or a short bus or underground ride.

As well as being a city of philosophy and culture, Vienna is famed as a gastronome's paradise - and Haus1 is at its epicentre! Inside a five minute radius from the front door are over a hundred bars and restaurants covering just about every conceivable taste and cuisine.

Finally for now, a word about Haus1's pricing. It is refreshingly simple. Our prices remain the same all year round (i.e. there are no seasonal increases), and are all-inclusive. There are no hidden extras. All towels, weekly cleaning and linen change are provided. Use the internet as much as you like - there is no separate charge for that, either!
