Car parking

HAUS1 is situated in Vienna's central 'Blue Zone'. On-street car parking spaces are hard to find, time-restricted (maximum stay of 2 hours between 9am and 10pm, Monday to Friday), expensive and actively patrolled by wardens.

Fortunately HAUS1 has its own private inner courtyard providing secure car parking for residents. This is available on a first come first served basis as there is only a limited number of spaces, so if you think you may require one you are advised to book early. Each space costs €12.00 per 24-hour period or part thereof.

Please note that all cars are parked in our courtyard at the owner’s risk, and that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage incurred. However for your peace of mind you should be aware that the main entrance doors can only be opened with a registered security key. We also have continuously-recording CCTV.

Please also note that access to the courtyard is via a passageway with a height restriction of 2m (6' 7") and a width restriction of 2.28m (7' 6"). This is ample room for the average vehicle but if you are arriving in a minibus please check its specifications beforehand.
