Smoking Policy

In keeping with modern attitudes and the trend towards a more health-conscious society, technically all our apartments are non-smoking and we discourage the practice. However we will tolerate it occasionally on the following conditions:

please keep near an open window;

please air the apartment thoroughly;

smoking is strictly forbidden in all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and

please, cigarettes only – absolutely no pipes or cigars!

If you do smoke, we’re sure you’ll understand that it’s important to us not to have residual tobacco smells in the apartments, as the majority of our guests are non-smokers.

Finally, please be aware that due to pending Austrian legislation this policy may be revised without prior notice.
