Please note that check-ins are by appointment only. We therefore kindly request that you notify us of your expected arrival time well in advance. This is important, as we do not offer 24-hour reception desk services and need to ensure that staff are on hand to welcome you.

The check-in window each day is between the hours of 16:00 and 22:00. Please note that check-in outside of these times is only possible by prior arrangement and, if required, will be subject to a small surcharge, as follows:

We hope you will understand that these charges are necessary to cover any special arrangements we need to make. If you do intend to arrive before 4pm, please rest assured we will endeavour to check you into your apartment immediately on arrival, but do note that this is subject to availability as it depends on the checkout and changeover schedule on the day. If an immediate check-in is not possible, you are welcome to deposit your luggage in safe-keeping and return later on in the day to check in.

Check-out is 10:30 at the latest on the day of departure, although for a surcharge of €10.00 this may be extended to 13:30. Since this applies to all our guests, you can see why we can't guarantee check-ins earlier than 16:00!
