Arrivals and Departures

Please note that check-ins and/or luggage drop-offs are by appointment only. We therefore kindly request that you notify us of your expected arrival time well in advance. This is important, as we do not offer 24-hour reception desk services and need to ensure staff are on hand to greet you.

The check-in window each day is between the hours of 16:00 and 22:00. Please note that check-in outside of these times is only possible by prior arrangement and, if available, may be subject to a surcharge. Alternatively you are welcome to deposit your luggage with us for safe-keeping, but please do confirm this with us beforehand.

Check-out is 10:30 at the latest on the day of departure, although for a surcharge of €10.00 this may be extended to 13:30. Since this applies to all our guests, you can see why we can't guarantee check-ins earlier than 16:00!
